The Role

We’re seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to run maintenance and facilities operations across our hotel and residential properties. This is a physical, and hands-on role responsible for managing building work orders, preventative maintenance, general plumbing and electric, vendor coordination, and collaborating with a small maintenance team- all while supporting an excellent guest and resident experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of general HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, grounds, and pool
• Conduct routine property inspections and address issues proactively
• Prioritize and assign work orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Manage vendors, contractors, and product procurement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality or multi-property experience is a plus
• Strong communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving, positive mindset
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs

Salary range: $60-65k
