Job Title: Client Care Advisor

Reporting To: Assistant Operating Director

Status: Non-Exempt / Exempt

Job Description:

The Client Care Advisor’s primary focus will be to manage and grow client relationships by overseeing care planning, coordination, and ongoing engagement. The Client Care Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining weekly net hour growth for the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Care: Conduct assessments and develop/update care plans; maintain ongoing client engagement through calls and check-ins.
  • Growth & Performance: Monitor authorized/scheduled hours and support weekly growth goals.
  • Sales & Conversion: Follow up on inquiries and convert qualified leads to active clients.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and service changes.
  • Documentation & Systems: Complete and maintain accurate records in AxisCare.
  • Shared On-call Duties: Participate in on-call rotation, responding to client, caregiver or operations needs after hours as needed.
  • Team Coordination: Partner with Recruiting and Scheduling to ensure appropriate caregiver matches.

Travel:

  • Limited travel as needed for various sales, marketing, and client care service needs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.

Education & Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting
  • Valid drivers license
  • Valid state required proof of auto insurance

  • Client’s Environment: Unknown environments; bodily fluids, household and human germs; extreme cold or hot temperatures in or outside; light to heavy traffic; inclement weather; human body weights that vary based on client health and lifting as prescribed or needed per plan of care; 50+ lbs.
