Construction Project Manager (Commercial General Contractor)

We are working with a well-established Commercial General Contractor in Philadelphia that is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of commercial projects with a company known for quality delivery and long-term stability.
Salary: Up to $150,000 + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall delivery
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Strong commercial construction experience (ground-up and/or renovations)
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar tools preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
