Description
Client is the world's leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology, providing vital infrastructure, communications, and biometric systems to airlines and airports globally. They are searching for a contract manager to support their account management team with review and negotiation of external sales contracts.
-Responsible for the end to end management of specific contracts and/or key customers in support of business objectives and business growth throughout the life cycle of the contract.
-Responsible for delivering and implementing the full range of contract activities, following contract management best practices, policy and process throughout the organization in support of standard, tailored or complex bids during pre-sales and post sales phases
-Be a contractual interface to internal and external customers.
-Prepare contract documents for legal review or support preparation of contractual documents, depending on the complexity of the deal.
-Review, understand and manage customer contract(s).
-Support the bid team to work within the requirements, terms and conditions of the contract to meet contractual obligations and commitments
-Support the resolution of issues linked to contractual / process issues. Help identify, assess and manage contractual risk as part of the bid team. POST SALES
-To be an expert for each contract under their responsibility.
-Help identify, assess and manage contractual risk as part of the project team
-Support the identification and documentation of potential contractual breaches / exceptions by client and address with the project team to mitigate risk.
-Assist project teams, account teams, billing and relevant parties to support correct invoices for all services Key link to Billing & Finance to produce ad hoc one of invoices via billing process.
-Coordinate responses to change notices, with impact on cost and time and terms and conditions. Support the negotiation of changes and disputes and keep contract documentation up-to-date as a result.
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Legal or Business with 8 years professional experience including 5 years in contract Management in a Telecommunications or IT company.
-Proven experience of contract Management in Telecommunications or IT company
-Strong Experience in understanding, structuring, negotiating and managing contracts.
-Ability to clearly explain legal concepts and to firmly protect SITA contractual interests.
-Legal back ground is welcome but is not compulsory.
-Good experience in performing contract review and risk assessment
