Job Description

The Customer Care Coordinator facilitates the day-to-day phone activities of the Americas Customer Care Center, ensuring service levels, performance, orders, and revenue targets are met or exceeded. This role serves as the front-line support for customers and the commercial organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Finance, Distribution, Logistics, IT, Business Analysis, and Sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and enjoys handling a diverse range of inquiries while wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

1. D eliver exceptional concierge-level customer service by assisting with customer issues and driving resolution of critical matters.
2. Manage incoming correspondence, redirecting as needed to other departments.
3. Coordinate and dispatch communications to field service teams and manage daily work order transfers.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction through multitasking and problem-solving.
5. Collaborate continuously with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

1. Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree or equivalent experience.
2. 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
3. Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment.
4. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
5. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
