Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Live Chat, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them in real-time through our chat platform. You’ll resolve inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
• Resolve product or service issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (chat or online support preferred)
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
