Job Description

We are hiring Early Learning Teachers for multiple roles in Wilmington, Delaware.

We have immediate openings as well as spots for the upcoming School Year.

We are seeking talented teachers to support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate high-quality learning experiences that ensure effective curriculum implementation.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure the implementation of high-quality early childhood curriculum and activities, following national best practices and standards in early childhood education.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans within the framework of the Creative Curriculum and following Head Start standards.

Education and Experience:

• Child Development Associate’s (CDA) required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (which has equipped applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position)
• Proven experience within a classroom

Certification Requirements

• First Aid/CPR preferred; must be certified within first 30 days of hire.
• Certification through Delaware First as an Intern or Assistant Teacher preferred; must be certified within first 60 days of hire.
