Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Professional Services (Benefits / Advisory / Insurance)

Our client , a top-tier national professional services provider, is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Rep to drive new business across their rapidly growing markets.

This is a unique opportunity to sell without territory restrictions , collaborate with seasoned practitioners, and grow within a team that's investing in your long-term success .

What You’ll Do:

• Book 50+ qualified prospect meetings per year
• Drive activity: Client touches (calls, emails, drop-ins, social media) to secure first meetings
• Strategic prospecting and uncovering high-value opportunities that drive real growth
• Partner with experienced producers on joint-selling engagements

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 2–5 years of industry or adjacent experience (benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech)
• Proven ability to build a book of business
• High activity, self-motivated, and persistent
• Based in a market with practitioner support

Preferred:

• Early-stage producers with Broker of Record experience
• B2B sales rockstars with a team-player mindset
• Experience at major firms like USI, Lockton, or Gallagher
