Southeast Restoration – General Manager (Birmingham, AL)

We’re looking for a leader who is wired to build something from the ground up.

At Southeast Restoration, we don’t just repair property - we restore lives. As a growing, faith-driven restoration company with a strong reputation across the Southeast, we’re launching our Birmingham market and hiring a General Manager to lead it.

This is not a backfill. This is a build.

You will establish the market, build the team, and set the standard for what this location becomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and lead the Birmingham operation from the ground up
• Recruit, hire, and develop leaders across key functions
• Own the full P&L with visibility into every dollar tied to the operation
• Develop referral relationships and activate TPA partnerships
• Set the cultural tone and lead with Southeast’s core values

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience leading teams and owning performance (P&L exposure preferred)
• A background in restoration, construction, or a related trades environment
• A track record of developing people and building teams
• Strong financial awareness and operational discipline
• An ownership mindset - you take responsibility for outcomes, not hours

This role requires long hours, after-hours availability, and a willingness to step into whatever is needed in the early stages.
