NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a talented General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant and special event venue in Orange. This full-time, on-site role provides an incredible opportunity to oversee operations and elevate the dining and event experience for our esteemed clientele.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality while managing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences. This position involves strategic planning, staff training, and the ability to create a vibrant atmosphere that embodies our brand's commitment to excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $142,000 annually, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth in the thriving restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and event venue
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are met
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to provide outstanding service
  • Coordinate special events and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive working environment and team culture
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar roles
  • $15M volume operational management experience
  • Special events & catering operational management experience 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with event planning and management is a plus
