Large manufacturer in east TN (Dandridge / Morristown area) has immediate opening for a Maintenance Engineer. The manufacturing plant is in the early stages of creating a Maintenance Reliability program to ensure proper data is collected from machines and analyzed appropriately. The goal is to understand the root cause of downtime and develop corrective and preventative solutions for the issues. The Maintenance Reliability role will work closely with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure equipment downtime is minimal.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of Maintenance experience in manufacturing. Must have BS Engineering degree and be comfortable spending time on the production floor interacting with Maintenance Techs and Operators. Also need to be able to communicate Maintenance data to the leadership team.
