HVAC Estimator - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client, a strong commercial mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Estimator, to be based out of the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a role that will regularly report to the office located in Phoenix. Our client has a great reputation in the Phoenix area and has been providing mechanical solutions to building owners and facility managers for many years. The company strives to put the customer first, which is why they have such a strong reputation in the industry

Responsibilities:

• The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for understanding mechanical systems and design, generating cost estimates, and proposals. The HVAC Estimator will develop relationships with GCs and owners to conduct discovery and help promote the client’ s brand in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications. Must have experience with HVAC systems. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, have strong math skills, and be capable of providing exceptional customer service and technical support. They should be able to work in a team, as well as thrive individually.

Compensation:

• Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the 100k – 120k/year range. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid time off, 401k contribution, and more.
