Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop & maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.
• Experience managing projects, including scope and schedule.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia.
• Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development.
• Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies & modalities, as well as practical experience in the application of training development models.
• Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools.
• Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia.
• Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate with global Subject Matter Experts and colleagues.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing online learning.
• Bachelors degree or work experience equivalent
