Interior Designer

Location: Naples, FL

Working Style: In Office | Full-Time

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, collaborative, and experienced Intermediate Interior Designer to join an interior design firm working on residential projects, including ground-up new construction and large-scale renovations for a high-net-worth client base. The Intermediate Interior Designer will oversee the firm's projects from conception to completion. They will collaborate with clients and design team members, set budgets, coordinate contractors, and ensure the project aligns with the client’s vision and requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer to have an impact from design to completion, all while leveraging their expertise on luxurious residential projects that require a high level of sophistication, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5+ years prior experience in the interior design field with strong project management skills is required
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple interior design projects, including new construction residential projects
  • Experience working with a high-net-worth or luxury residential client base is required
  • Experience with design software like AutoCAD and Studio Designer; familiarity with other project management software is beneficial
  • In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques is necessary to guide the project and make informed decisions, particularly within new construction environments
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with clients, design team members, contractors, and other stakeholders, with a high level of professionalism and sophistication
  • A creative mindset is important for generating innovative ideas and solutions that meet the client's needs and preferences
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously is crucial for keeping the project on track and ensuring timely completion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent in making quick decisions to overcome obstacles
