Manage on-site program material replenishment and disbursement.
● Conduct and document accurate inventory tracking against the Bill of Materials (BOM) for upcoming projects and builds.
● Verify that physical goods, packing slips, and order confirmations are aligned.
● Perform all stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and preparing material for the bench, in line with established materials management procedures.
● Proactively manage and expedite material shortages to achieve the Clear to Build status on schedule.
Coordinate outbound shipments (domestic and international) with Shipping and Logistics teams, ensuring proper accountability and follow-through.
● Track and follow up on all inbound shipments to ensure timely and correct delivery, and promptly sign for package pickups.
Track/manage prototype parts inventory supporting Reality Labs prototype development
● Run manual processes (high-volume accuracy, data entry)
● Coordinate shipping/logistics and part movement
● Proactively communicate build status, shortages, inventory levels (especially to engineering partners).
