Position Overview

Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Location : Monroe, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time (Staffing-to-Permanent)

Start Date: ASAP ⚡

Compensation & Shift

• Schedule: 4:30 AM- 1:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $28.00/h

Essential Responsibilities

• Promptly performs troubleshooting assessments, repairs and maintenance functions in response to service calls and emergency calls plant wide.
• Performs schedule preventative maintenance on all processing equipment as assigned byMaintenance manager.
• Conducts daily inspections on equipment.
• Completes routine maintenance and repairs on processing equipment & building.
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
• Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Experience and technical knowledge of the following:

• Mechanical: Gear ratios, torque, alignment, and lubrication.
• Electrical: Voltage, amperage, circuitry, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) logic.
• Fluid Power: Hydraulics and pneumatics (how liquid and air pressure create movement).
• Welding skills a plus
• Motivated self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Mandatory Requirements

• ✅ Drug test required
