Manufacturing Associate

Location: Pacheco, CA (fully on-site)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm for training, after training the schedule will be 6am-2:30pm

Pay range: $23-25/hour

Contract to hire

Essential Functions

• Adherence to GMP
• Ensure all containers and measuring devices are cleaned according to protocol.
• Monitor equipment and instrumentation for compliance with corporate procedures.
• Maintain accurate document control.
• Assembly of Finished Products
• Fill and label stock solutions.
• Print labels and data sheets for required tasks.
• Generate records associated with the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed and recommend quality‑improvement measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Competencies

• Basic understanding of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
• Ability to work under high‑pressure deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to structure work schedules.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working in a cross‑functional team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
