Job Description

Alpha Medthrift Scientific Company (AMSCO) is a full-line distributor of medical, surgical, and laboratory equipment and supplies serving healthcare providers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing initiatives and help drive company growth.

The Marketing Coordinator will support AMSCO’s marketing and sales initiatives by assisting with digital campaigns, social media management, email marketing, and website content updates. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels while working closely with leadership in a small-team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing communications and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Assist with marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and website content updates
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and maintain AMSCO’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness
  • Assist with the creation of email campaigns, digital content, and marketing collateral
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance including email engagement, website activity, and social media growth metrics
  • Maintain and update website and other digital assets to support AMSCO’s online presence
  • Support sales initiatives by assisting with marketing materials, product promotions, and customer communications
  • Assist with the management and development of the AMSCO Insiders loyalty program
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or other design tools preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative small-team environment

Preferred Experience

Marketing Tools & Platforms

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress or similar)
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
  • 1–3 years of marketing or related experience (internships acceptable)

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 depending on experience.
