Job Description

Immediate opening in a growing medical practice.  Randstad is helping our client find a dedicated Medical Front Desk specialist to join our high-volume practice supporting 18 physicians. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Full benefits package-health/dental/vision, 401K match, STD, LTD, bonuses available 

salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors
• Check patients in and out of practice management software
• Schedule and confirm patient follow-up appointments
• Must have prior medical office experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
• Discuss past due balances with patients when they check in 
• Update and maintain patient information including demographics, insurance, and appointments
• Friendly and empathetic personality
