Medical Receptionist

Location: Eglin Air Force Base Fort Walton Beach FL

Hourly Pay Rate: $ per hour

Tentative Starting Date: Pending clearance

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with one hour of Unpaid Lunch. 40 hours per week

Contract Length: 1 year with option to extend for 1 year

Benefits: $ per hour for Health and Welfare 10 days PTO Accrued sick days and 11 Paid Holidays.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of prior medical office environmet or 2 years in admin roles.
• Excellent computer skills especially typing database handling knowledge
• Proficient in MS or G-suite Able to create and present reports and presentations Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Active BLS Certification (AHA or ARC only)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist management and all visitors to the company by handling various office tasks providing professional assistance via phone mail and e-mail making travel arrangements and ensuring a positive and helpful presence in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Handle office tasks such as filing generating reports and presentations setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
• Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Make travel arrangements including booking flights cars hotels and restaurants.
• Screen phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.
• Use computers to generate reports transcribe meeting minutes create presentations and conduct research.
• Greet and assist visitors courteously and professionally.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone e-mail and mail. Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
