Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading Entertainment and Media company to find a skilled Payroll Manager ( Unions) to support their on-site New York City team. This 6-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to manage union payroll activities within a high-volume, large enterprise environment.

Payroll Manager (Unions) Responsibilities:

• Oversee union communications, handle payroll costings, support system testing, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for union representatives and coordinate payroll-related discussions.
• Handle payroll processing and reconciliation for union employees, including month-end activities.
• Assist with testing and supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion and other ERP systems.
• Ensure timely processing of union dues, employer contributions, and related adjustments.
• Maintain accurate payroll setup, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate reports for various departments.

ayroll Manager (Unions) Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience working with high-volume union data within large-scale ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing results and general ledger costings.
• Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, implementation, and system testing.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and familiarity with query or reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
