Position Description

The Physician Lead is responsible for the overall guidance of medical care services in a region or clinical specialty; assists the Chief Medical Officer in developing and implementing the Health Care Plan; ensure quality health care services are available; provides direct clinical services.

Principal Investigator will serve as lead physician for the award, execution, and management of clinical trials. They are accountable for ensuring compliance with regulations, ethical standards and the supervision of research staff.

Desired Education or Certifications Criteria

Graduate of an accredited medical school and Board Certified in a specific medical specialty or have completed residency and be Board Eligible. Must be licensed in the State of Nevada.

P.I. Desired Certifications/Criteria

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school and Board certified in a specific medical specialty
  • At least 1 year of experience in medical practice
  • Academic or Clinical Research experience preferred but not required
  • Must have an active physician license in the State of Nevada
