Tampa, FL (Onsite)

We are seeking a polished and service-driven Workplace Experience Ambassador to support a professional office environment in Tampa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys creating a welcoming, high-touch experience for clients and guests.

Role Details:

  • Location: 111 West Oak Ave, Tampa, FL (Onsite)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $25/hour
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Temp with potential to convert (no set timeline)
  • Parking: Covered by client

About the Role:

This individual will act as the face of the office—delivering a seamless and elevated workplace experience while supporting daily operations. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, employees, and guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, and office events
  • Maintain common areas, supplies, and overall office presentation
  • Provide concierge-style support (restaurant recommendations, transportation, etc.)
  • Manage incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support general administrative and back-office functions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or client-facing role required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Professional presence with a “client-first” mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, polished office environment
