ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF A MAC SAFETY MANAGER

Safety Management

• Oversee the company's safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety and well-being within the company.

Safety Training and Documentation

• Responsibilities include managing safety training schedules, maintaining safety manuals, and representing the company at safety council meetings.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS OF A MAC SAFETY MANAGER

• Proficiency in construction safety software, such as Procore or equivalent, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Degree or Equivalency
• Associates/College level coursework in Safety Management or a related field preferred
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required
• A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred
• 10 years of experience in a construction safety role
• Adhere strictly to the MAC Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
• Travel as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The typical annual base salary range for this role is $80 - 90k. The base salary offer will depend on experience and other relevant factors. This role is eligible for project bonuses as well as an annual incentive plan. 

In addition to the above compensation, as a member of the MAC team, you are eligible for the following benefits:
