We are a travel-based final expense sales team helping families secure life insurance coverage to protect their loved ones.
Every home we visit has requested information about coverage.
Your job is simple:
Show up.
Serve families well.
Develop your skill set.
Get paid accordingly.
Agents typically work Monday morning through Thursday evening , then return home for a three-day weekend each week.
Our teams travel across:
• Oklahoma
• Texas
• Kansas
• Arkansas
• Missouri
Agents stay in Airbnbs together with their team , sharpen their skills, and push each other to win.
This is a team-based, performance-driven environment.

Each Monday, a small team of agents travels to a new territory.
During the day, you’ll meet families who have requested information about life insurance and guide them through protecting their loved ones.
Evenings are spent regrouping with your team, sharpening your skills, and preparing for the next day.
It’s demanding.
It’s uncomfortable at times.
But it is one of the fastest ways to develop confidence, discipline, and high-income sales skills.

Day-to-Day Reality
A typical workday looks like:
• First door before noon
• Visiting families who requested coverage information
• Conducting in-home consultations
• Building trust quickly with new people
• Helping families secure coverage
• Finishing around 8 PM
You are not cold calling random people.
Every home you visit has either mailed in or submitted a request for information.

We invest heavily in developing our agents.
New hires go through a hands-on two-week training program , including:
• Ride-alongs with top producers
• Learning the in-home sales process
• Mastering the script and presentation
• Real-world field experience immediately
Most new agents write their first policy their first solo day.
During training, agents receive:
• $400/week training pay
• Travel expenses covered during training
• Close mentorship from experienced producers
You are not thrown to the wolves here.

Earned Lead Program (Early Stage)
• Free leads provided based on consistent production

• Agents purchase their own leads
• Commission tiers increase (95%+)
• Significantly higher income potential
Commission payments typically arrive within days of issue depending on carrier.
