Role Description

This is a full-time role in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The training period is in person on-site and then the agent will have the option to work remotely. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs, and recommending tailored life insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process from start to finish, maintaining accurate client records, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves participating in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about available insurance products and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to reach or exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client records and documentation
• Knowledge of insurance products and a willingness to learn through company training programs
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, on-site work environment
• Previous experience in insurance sales or similar roles is a plus but not required
• State insurance license or the ability to obtain one is required
