T’ease Blow Dry and Beauty Bar is a brand new high-end luxury spa coming soon to Clayton, MO. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee our high-end salon operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and maintain the salon’s luxurious atmosphere.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager based in Clayton, MO. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain salon standards, manage scheduling, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising employees, hiring and training staff, providing guidance on beauty and hair care practices, and addressing client inquiries or concerns. The Salon Manager will also monitor inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement strategies to achieve business growth.
