**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop intricate design and engineering documents for diverse construction endeavors.
- Innovate templates for wide-ranging residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Evaluate designs concerning right-of-way, mapping, and record activities.
- Draft comprehensive subdivision, site, roadway, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
- Oversee the production and management of drawing sets to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adhere to regulatory standards in project design.
- Conduct thorough back checks on plans to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams from initial concept to construction.
- Mentor and support the growth of designers and drafters.
- Ensure project deliverables align with timelines and client expectations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to support ongoing and future initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; technical degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Over a decade of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
