Job Summary
We are seeking a System Level Test Engineer with strong experience in post-silicon validation, system-level testing, and SoC/ASIC product verification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in silicon characterization, diagnostics, yield analysis, debug, and test automation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve silicon issues while improving product quality and test efficiency.



Role: System Level Test Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, California

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and enhance system-level test solutions for SoC/ASIC products.
• Perform post-silicon validation, silicon characterization, diagnostics, and functional verification.
• Analyze silicon failures, perform root cause analysis, and support yield improvement.
• Debug hardware and silicon issues in collaboration with ASIC, ATE, DFT, Silicon Validation, Software, and Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Shell scripting.
• Support product qualification, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive continuous improvements in test methodologies, automation, and validation processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Post-Silicon Validation, Silicon Validation, or Hardware System Testing.
• Strong experience with SoC/ASIC validation, characterization, and debug.
• Hands-on knowledge of ATE (Automated Test Equipment) and DFT (Design for Test) methodologies.
• Experience with yield analysis, failure analysis, and silicon debug.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for test automation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
