Responsibilities

Training Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead engaging in-person, virtual, and hands-on training sessions to help employees, customers, and partners understand how to use Hai Robotics solutions.
  • Evaluate learning progress through practical exercises, demonstrations, and knowledge checks.
  • Provide on-site support during major customer deployments, product launches, or when additional training support is needed.
  • Deliver training that helps teams understand both how our technology works and the value it brings to customers.

Curriculum Ownership & Design

  • Develop structured training programs and learning paths covering our robotics solutions, safety procedures, system operations, and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, troubleshooting guides, videos, presentations, and online learning modules.
  • Keep training content updated as products evolve and new features are released.
  • Ensure training materials align with industry safety standards and best practices.
  • Create materials that help sales teams explain our technology clearly and confidently to customers.
  • Develop onboarding and certification programs that help partners successfully work with Hai Robotics solutions.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Design and deliver training programs that prepare partners and system integrators to successfully implement Hai Robotics solutions.
  • Support new partners by providing technical guidance, system overviews, and implementation training.
  • Equip sales teams with the knowledge they need to confidently discuss our solutions with customers.
  • Assist with trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure training aligns with go-to-market priorities.
  • Create certification programs to help partners build the skills needed to support our solutions.

Technical Expertise & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Hai Robotics products and how they operate within warehouse automation environments.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, field service, and quality teams to stay informed on product updates and improvements.
  • Support product testing and provide feedback that helps improve training and the customer experience.
  • Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and train-the-trainer programs across teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of our solutions.

Program & Team Support

  • Contribute to improvements in training programs, tools, and learning systems.
  • Review training feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Work with leadership to plan training programs, prioritize initiatives, and support business growth.
  • Help build scalable training programs that support global teams and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical training, field engineering, robotics integration, or advanced automation support.
  • Proven experience developing advanced technical curriculum and delivering hands-on training to technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of robotics systems, electrical and mechanical subsystems, PLCs, industrial networking, and automation workflows.
  • Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations or partner ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel 25–50% based on customer and project needs.
