Job Title: Video / Multimedia Developer

Location: Rochester, NY 14625 (Onsite)

Duration: 5+ Months

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video / Multimedia Developer to join our Internal Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content that informs, inspires, and connects employees across the organization.

You will play a key role in shaping internal messaging through compelling visual storytelling, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute high-quality video and audio productions from concept to completion
• Manage the full production lifecycle including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production
• Produce content in both studio and on-location (field) environments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business messages into engaging multimedia content
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and communication goals
• Handle video editing, sound design, and motion graphics as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

️ Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production, multimedia development, or videography
• Strong proficiency with tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Final Cut Pro (or similar editing software)
• Experience with end-to-end video production workflows
• Strong storytelling and creative development skills
• Ability to work with both studio setups and field production equipment
• Excellent communication and project management skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for internal or corporate communications
• Background in motion graphics and animation
• Familiarity with lighting, audio equipment, and camera operation
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (HR, leadership, etc.)
