Vice President of Operations – Commercial Roofing

• They specialize in large, complex projects and have technical expertise to offer design, consulting, installation, repair, and maintenance services.

Your role

Lead all day-to-day operations for the Houston branch, including:

• Full P&L ownership, managing labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to protect gross margin
• Tracking key operational KPIs including productivity, profitability, and project performance
• Recruiting, developing, and mentoring project managers, superintendents, and field crews to build a high-performing operations team
• Implementing operational systems, workflows, and KPIs to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth
• Leading by example as a hands-on operator while driving strategic execution and long-term branch performance

What you’ll need

• 10+ years in commercial roofing with at least 5 years in operational leadership
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects with full margin accountability
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, modified bitumen, coatings, PVC, and related commercial systems
