Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Inspire and direct kitchen staff to deliver efficient food prep and exceptional service.
  • Quality Control : Supervise cooking procedures to maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards.
  • Training & Development : Coach team members on equipment use, procedures, and food safety.
  • Inventory Oversight : Manage stock levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
  • Health & Safety : Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with regulations.
  • Guest Satisfaction : Address guest concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience : One year of leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving : Stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication : Outstanding verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to better serve our diverse community.
