Job Title: Client Analyst

Location: Deerfield, IL 60015

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Contract Duration: 12 months

Position Overview

The Client Analyst is a key member of the centralized Client Service Team, providing operational and administrative support to Advisor teams and clients. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience through efficient onboarding, accurate data management, and coordination across internal departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding, Data Management & Contracting

• Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth and timely integration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Assist with preparation and processing of client contracts

Meeting Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings as needed
• Ensure timely communication between advisor teams and clients

Investment Account Processing

• Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications
• Monitor account progress through funding and completion

Tax Season Support

• Organize and manage tax-related client data
• Track client consents and assist in finalizing tax returns
• Coordinate estimated payments and support e-filing processes

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams to complete operational and investment-related tasks
• Assist with account-related inquiries, Special Investments, and Private Equity requests

Quality Control & Reporting

• Support tracking and reporting of Quality Control metrics
• Help maintain high standards of accuracy and service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required
