Now Hiring: Front Desk Concierge – Glendale, 91210

Schedule:

Day Shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, guests, or clients
• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests
• Coordinate deliveries, packages, and vendor access
• Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed
• Support events or special requests as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury or high-touch service environments

Work Environment & Schedule

• On-site role
• May require evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Fast-paced, customer-facing setting
