Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience with JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js in a production environment (Next.js expertise is critical).

• Strong hands-on experience in Next.js

• Experience building and maintaining ecommerce applications (B2B experience highly preferred).

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices in a distributed architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or other headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentstack, Sitecore) — highly preferred.

• Familiarity with headless architecture, REST and/or GraphQL APIs, and content modeling.

• Experience supporting CMS migration, replatforming, or website modernization initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end development using Next.js and React

• Build scalable, high-performance ecommerce web experiences

• Contribute to backend services within a Spring Boot microservices architecture

• Support CMS migration and headless content integration

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams

• Improve site performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Help drive modernization efforts across the digital commerce ecosystem
