Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Houston, TX. The primary duties include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the team to understand customer needs and recommend insurance solutions tailored to fit those needs. A focus on customer service excellence is critical to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and connect with potential clients
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships
• Ability to effectively communicate and understand clients’ insurance needs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Previous experience in insurance or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
