Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Internal Medicine Physician you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive primary care within a thriving multi-specialty group in Sacramento, CA. This opportunity offers a physician-led, patient-centric environment with robust support systems designed to optimize physician well-being and patient outcomes. We are seeking dedicated medical professionals eager to leverage our established infrastructure and collaborative care model to provide exceptional healthcare to our growing community.

In this role you will engage in direct patient care, collaborating closely with experienced internists and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) within our modern clinic. You will benefit from on-site diagnostic, imaging, and streamlining patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to internal medicine, excellent clinical skills, and a dedication to patient-centered care. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, with a passion for working collaboratively within a supportive team. You should be adept at managing a diverse patient panel and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our Folsom clinic.

Job Requirements
  • MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • Active or eligible license in the state of California
  • DEA certification
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 550+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient.

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento.
