Experienced Analyst Position:
The team is currently seeking an Analyst with ~2 years of experience (2024 college graduates) in real estate finance, banking, or institutional asset management. The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing analytical support for the client's operating company investments
(inc. corporate structuring, real estate investment transactions, and portfolio management decisions). Additionally, the candidate will support asset-level investment programs across existing and new joint-venture partnerships across various real estate sectors and geographies. The client's
dynamic and entrepreneurial culture requires independent motivation, teamwork, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Analysts will work closely with all levels of the organization and be given high-level responsibilities commensurate with their demonstrated abilities.
Job Qualifications:
▪ ~2 years of experience in real estate finance, banking, or institutional asset management (preferably 2024 undergrads)
▪ Highly motivated with demonstrated advanced analytical capabilities
▪ Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
▪ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
▪ Ability to work both independently and with fellow colleagues as part of a team
▪ Self-motivated with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
▪ Interest in the commercial real estate industry, real estate private equity, and global capital markets
▪ Intellectually curious with desire to understand the big picture and seek best practices
▪ Demonstrable consistency of words and actions; sound business ethics and the ability to protect confidential information and
company interests
▪ Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Job Responsibilities:
▪ Produce analyses / materials aiding investment and/or structuring decisions
▪ Analyze and underwrite potential real estate investment transactions across various property types and geographies
▪ Complete market research and analysis for existing investments / new business development
▪ Support quarterly financial reporting / valuation processes
▪ Interact with investment partners and other third-party service providers
▪ Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other investment-related materials
