The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.
As an Executive Director, Lending Specialist within JPMorgan Wealth Management, you will serve as a dedicated lending sales professional – driving client outcomes and acting as a key resource for lending situations of varying complexity across advisors, clients, and market leadership in the western division. In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you will own your market's lending pipeline end-to-end: identifying opportunities, structuring sophisticated solutions, and ensuring disciplined execution that delivers exceptional client outcomes while protecting the firm. You will directly contribute to the expansion of our high-growth lending business by originating and accelerating new opportunities, creating new and deepening existing relationships, and championing the full suite of J.P. Morgan's wealth lending capabilities through proactive engagement, targeted advisor education, and consultative partnership.
You will be empowered to operate with autonomy and discretion—strategically planning your market approach, developing new business, and bringing original thinking to how lending solutions are positioned within the broader wealth management dialogue with clients and advisors. This is a thought-leading role where you will be supported in testing new ideas, raising awareness of lending capabilities, and shaping how the team engages the market in the spirit of continuous business development.
You will operate as a collaborative partner across credit, risk, product, operations, and service to resolve challenges, remove friction, and continuously strengthen the client experience. You will bring a forward-looking mindset, contributing to strategic initiatives and elevating performance through data-driven prioritization and sustained accountability. This is a visible opportunity for a driven, client-focused sales professional to meet the regional lending needs of our clients and advisors, enhance advisor productivity, and set a higher bar for service, risk management, and execution across the western division.
