Job Title: Receptionist
Location: 1401 New York Ave NW Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005
Pay Rate: $ 22/hr
Job Type: Temp to Hires
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm M-F.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Strong time‑management and prioritization skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor · Self‑motivated, quick learner, consistent performer
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; moderate walking/sitting
· Flexibility for early or late shifts as needed (weekdays)
· Experience in Office Operations, Hotelling, Business Office environments, or law firms preferred
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering/forwarding calls, booking conference rooms and visiting offices, ordering pre‑packed meals, setting up catering/beverages, and maintaining conference rooms and kitchen spaces.
Additional support includes mail, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply ordering.
This role works closely with onsite staff and the Operations team and serves as a first point of contact for Office Operations and Facilities requests.
