Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Secondary History Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging history instruction to middle and high school students, promoting critical thinking, historical inquiry, and a deep understanding of both world and Chinese history within a bilingual context.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality history lessons aligned with the school’s bilingual curriculum and international standards

Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and academic curiosity

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated support as needed

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, interdisciplinary projects, and school-wide initiatives

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and academic performance

Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events

Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its vibrant bilingual community

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in History, Education, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in secondary history (experience in bilingual or international school settings preferred)
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment

Salary & Benefits Package
Monthly Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 RMB (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
