THE ROLE

The Performance Analyst performs daily return reviews and understands department systems and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Reviews daily performance reports for accuracy.

• Responds to questions regarding performance calculations and performance reports.

• Calculates and reviews performance numbers; research performance issues; generates and distributes performance reports to internal and external customers.

• Works with internal departments to provide regulatory materials.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 0-2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree preferably with a concentration in accounting finance or other related financial discipline or equivalent experience in the mutual fund or securities industry.

• Understanding of performance calculation and methodology.

• Proficient Microsoft Office including creating pivot tables lookup formulas and macros is an added benefit.

PREFERRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a diverse environment where production controls and daily deadlines are required

Base Salary Range: $55500.00 - $80500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat well pay depending on the candidates experience training and addition to the salary we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance.
